About this deal

Allegiance Abilities – these allow your army to use additional abilities and spells, according to their Grand Alliance, faction, and allies. Once you’ve mastered Storm Strike – or if you’ve already got a grasp of the basics and want more of a challenge – Tempest of Souls is your next port of call. Like Storm Strike, it contains everything you need to get started, with a playmat, scenery, dice and range ruler, along with 32 Citadel Miniatures – which you may recognise from the Soul Wars box – and warscroll cards for them (and also for two named characters, available separately as push fit models). The miniatures from the Nighthaunt side will give you 140 points of models (60 points for the Glaivewraight Stalkers and 80 points for theMyrmourn Banshees).

Destruction are getting in on the act as well, with a pair of infamous greenskin warlords from the Old World’s history. The Orc Gorbad Ironclaw is renowned for bringing the Empire to its knees – he even killed an Elector Count and stole his sacred Runefang, which you can see on the Gorbad model. Grom the Paunch, perhaps the greatest Goblin hero of all time, wasn’t content with rampaging through the Empire – he took his Waaagh! across the sea to Ulthuan, home of the High Elves, where he nearly destabilised the vortex of magic that stopped the world from falling into Chaos, before being defeated by the elven hero Eltharion. Grom is mounted on a wolf chariot and accompanied by his faithful banner bearer, Niblet. The Stormcast Eternals are being reinforced with three new boxed sets. The push fit Celestar Ballista allows you to add more firepower to your force, with an artillery piece and two crew, moulded in gold plastic with scenic bases. A 10-strong Chainrasp Horde: each armed with a malignant weapon  axes, swords, and flails feature heavily here  this frightening force is led by a Dreadwarden, who wields a 3-pronged candelabra. Grimghast reapers are140 points for 10, so 56 points (if you could buy them in units of 4 in matched play). If you are buying this is a gift for your children, I would recommend getting a paint starter set (preferably with clippers to get the miniatures of the sprue).By choosing between Narrative and Competitive play, you can easily find an army that matches your goals. Narrative play is all about big stories of battle, while Competitive play is a slugfest of rules and numbers. Some armies are great for Narrative games because of their unique designs (i.e. Tzeentch, Seraphon) while others look simple (i.e. Fyreslayers, Cities of Sigmar) but can deliver big damage on Competitive games or Matched play. When it comes to style, the Tempest of Souls earns a sweet spot. The models look great, especially if they’re painted properly. The Eternals even have a cool golden plated Ballista manned by fully armored crew members. A Knight-Incantor – a glorious and powerful wizardly leader carrying an incantor’s staff along with a voidstorm scroll Have you ever wanted to try playing a fantasy wargame? Well, if you answered YES, then the best game that you should try is Warhammer Age of Sigmar. In this game, you’ll have the chance to command warriors with awesome armor and monsters with varying levels of ferocity and hunger. Yes, there’s magic as well. Grimghast Reapers – cursed, indiscriminate killers armed with double-handed slasher scythes – their leader, the Extoller of Shyish, carries a great bell known as the death knell;

A 10-strong Chainrasp Horde: each armed with a malignant weapon – axes, swords, and flails feature heavily here – this frightening force is led by a Dreadwarden, who wields a 3-pronged candelabra. Before you even look at cool pictures of AOS armies, you need to choose your gaming priority. Do you wish to make epic stories while adhering to big goals? Or perhaps you just want to see your army crushing the other side while emphasizing crunchy technical rules? Budget is another factor that you should think about. Most players jump in the game without thinking about the rising costs of minis, paints, and tools. Don’t rely on the face value of a popular model because it might change within a few days or weeks. You should also consider the number of paints needed to make a model look awesome. Remember, your new Knight-Incantor will look totally dull in gray. Containing everything you need to get your Stormcast Eternals and Nighthaunt miniatures clipped from their sprues, cleaned up and painted, this is the perfect set for those new to Warhammer Age of Sigmar. It includes clippers, a mouldline remover, ideal paints for miniatures of both factions and a starter brush:A guide to Battleplans – their setup, the rules they employ and the victory conditions they place on your games; Always strive for a balance between coolness and complexity. If a model looks cool, ask yourself if you can finish it despite your busy schedule. Do an accounting of your tools, paints, primers, and working spaces. Research about the model and gather pointers from other hobbyists. You don’t have to rush unless you signed up for a tournament.
