These cards are often used during the battle. They can take effect on the card user and/or the opponent. Although most of the Ninjago character-cards (and battle-cards) are very well done, there are a few that stand out from all the rest. My personal favorites are Jay, Cole, Jay ZX, and Kendo Cole – at least from the ones I already have. Other awesome characters that I do not have include Chokun, Bytar, Jay NRG and Kai NRG – although unfortunately the NRG ninja have very poor SP (5 of their element and 4 of another); only 900 total! Currently Kai ZX is my best character, and the one I play with the most. Keep face-up. Discard if crown is removed. Throw this card before every spin. Opponent loses if spinner touches it. Serpentine Generals also don't have any cards as they don't have feet to put on their spinners. Also Snike is the only legged Serpentine to not have a character card.
